ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS 

Ponego To Varsity depends on your commitment to Volunteer in order to promote real change on the ground and in local communities. If it weren’t for the active participation of countless individuals, Ponego To Varsity would be far more limited.

JOIN US 

At PTV we strongly believe in endorsing for one to focus on their growth areas, this includes giving space for each mermber to choose where they want to exercise their skillsets.
 
As an attempt to mitigate the inefficiency in the organization, all persons who consider themselves as members of Ponego To Varsity NPC will be given a certain level of responsibility. The responsibilities will be according to how they wish to serve, this will allow flexibility and one to exercise their passion and at the same time growing their strengths and improving on their weaknesses.
Given that PTV has 8 portfolios consisting of unique responsibilities, each person will choose a portfolio of which they will belong to for the next 10 months. This will allow managers to have a team to work with on projects and hence everyone will exercise their leadership skills and then pass on what they know to their team.
